GEOTEX is the largest producer of hydro gates for intakes in hydroelectric power plants and all types of water dams in Norway.

Our main product is the Eccentric Hydro Gate with features that ease all manoeuvering activities and reduces fear of gasket wear or destruction.
Today the gate comes in a Generation II with even more capabilities, which among other introduced features makes it perform even better during moving up and down.

We also have designed a Top Hinged (TH) gate which can operate close under an ice layer and still be maneoeuvered by a stationary vertical actuator.

Our engineers are ceritfied for design of hydraulic steel structures for use in safety-graded water systems and dams given by the Norwegian Water Rescources and Energy Directorate.
